Clinical Supervision
Support for your clinical work. Space for your professional growth.

Clinical work comes with questions, challenges, and moments when another perspective can make a meaningful difference. Practicing Change offers supportive, collaborative supervision for New York State LMHCs who are looking to strengthen their clinical skills, build confidence in their work, and continue growing as professionals.
Supervision is available for independently licensed LMHCs seeking ongoing clinical support, as well as qualifying LMHCs working toward New York State Diagnostic Privilege.
Clinical Supervision & Professional Consultation
For independently licensed LMHCs looking for continued support, perspective, and professional growth.
You may be independently licensed, but that doesn't mean you have to navigate clinical work alone. Ongoing supervision provides a dedicated space to bring the cases you're thinking about, ask questions, explore different perspectives, and continue developing confidence in your clinical work.
Supervision is collaborative and tailored to what you need—whether that's talking through a challenging case, considering treatment approaches, navigating professional boundaries, strengthening documentation, or simply having another experienced clinician to think alongside you.
Bring the questions.
Bring the difficult cases.
Bring the moments you're second-guessing.
Supervision gives you a place to work through them.
